Free 20 Minute Consultation Call
During this time, I’ll get to hear a little more about what brings you or your child to therapy and answer any questions you may have. It’s also a chance for you to get a better sense of who I am and what it might feel like to talk with me. I believe this call is SUCH an important part of determining your right fit – especially if you’re feeling a little unsure or are on the fence about starting therapy. I hope to chat with you!
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space that’s all about you – or your child. What you’re navigating, what you value, and where you’d like to grow. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s feeling hard, build skills and insight along the way, and work toward meaningful change. I’ll offer new perspectives and insights, while gently challenging thoughts or behaviors that may be getting in the way of where you’d like to be. Our work together will be uniquely shaped by who you are, where you’re at, and where you hope to go.
Parent Consultation Session
Parent consultation sessions are a space for us to focus on how I can best support you in supporting your child. During these 30–50 minute sessions, we can talk through challenges you’re navigating at home, make sense of what may be happening beneath certain behaviors, and explore new ways to respond to your child’s needs. While I won’t share confidential information from your child’s individual sessions, I can offer insight, tools, and guidance to help you feel more confident and connected in how you support them.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers something really special: the chance to be around others who get it. Connecting with peers who are navigating similar experiences can help you or your child feel understood, less alone, and more comfortable talking about what they’re going through. Groups create a supportive space to build social and relational skills, learn from the perspectives and experiences of others, and develop a greater sense of connection and belonging. Throughout the year, I offer groups focused on a variety of topics, challenges, and shared experiences.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use their insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the expected cost of therapy services. Because therapy is individualized, the frequency and duration of treatment may change over time. If treatment needs change significantly, an updated estimate will be provided as required by law. You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling or beginning services. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges. **Good Faith Estimates apply only to clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance and do not apply when using insurance benefits or seeking out-of-network reimbursement through a superbill**
