Groups
what to expect
Sometimes two of the most healing words are simply, “me too.”
Groups are designed to feel supportive, engaging, and enjoyable! While every group looks a bit different, you can always expect a mix of conversation, activities, skill-building, and lots of connection with others who get it. Not sure how you feel about opening up in front of a group? That’s okay! Part of the experience is getting to know each other, building trust, and feeling more comfortable sharing over time. You’ll be encouraged to join in and share, but you’ll never be pressured to open up more than you’re ready for.
